১৩/০২/২০২৪ তারিখে পরিবেশ অধিদপ্তর, সিলেট বিভাগীয় ও হবিগঞ্জ জেলা কার্যালয় কর্তৃক পরিচালিত মোবাইল কোর্টে ইট প্রস্তুত ও ভাটা স্থাপন নিয়ন্ত্রণ আইন ২০১৩ (সংশোধিত-২০১৯) এর ধারা ১৫ লংঘনের দায়ে তিনটি ইটভাটাকে নগদ ৩,০০,০০০/- ( তিন লক্ষ ) টাকা জরিমানা ধার্য ও নগদ আদায় করা হয় ।
